Routing and group measurement

Route AI work by what was measured, not by who is loudest.

OpenMoE documents GSPC Route, a router that applies your own policy to Council of AI's signed measurements, and keeps the SwarmBench protocol for measuring groups of models. Routing is not ranking: a tie is printed as a tie.

Two things live here

GSPC Route (in design)

A router that sends a task to an allowed path (your own GPU, a model you hold keys for, an MCP tool, an A2A agent) using your policy and our measurements. It is not live yet; the docs say what it will and will not do.

SwarmBench (under review)

The protocol for measuring what a group of models adds over its best member. Its results are withdrawn on councilof.ai for evidence review, so none is shown here.

Routing is not ranking

The router never calls a model best or safest unless a comparison actually separated. TIE and UNTESTED are printed as they are.

Your keys, never resold

Third-party models are reached only with the caller's own keys or accounts. We do not resell access.

Group measurement intake is paused while SwarmBench is under evidence review. Write to us and we will reply when it reopens. Runs are paid per delivered job, quoted first; checking results is free.

For agents

Connect over MCP or A2A. No key, no account.

OpenMoE.ai runs no tool server of its own. Agents use Council of AI's public endpoints directly; the verification tools are free.
